Chrysalis Community Drug Project provides a range of services to individuals living or working in the Greater Stoneybatter area, affected directly or indirectly by drug use, including:

  • Advocacy
  • Information
  • Referral
  • One-to-one Support
  • Addiction Counselling
  • Morning & Afternoon Structured Drop-in Services
  • Acupuncture, Shiatsu and Reiki
  • Outreach, needle exchange and support of women working in prostitution
  • Links and referrals to health, welfare and treatment services
  • Education outreach to local youth services
  • Prevention

Drop In Services

People can access our service by simply dropping in to our building. It is a warm and welcoming place. Tea and coffee are available free of charge, and qualified staff are on hand to offer advice/information and support 

Holistics

On Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons Chrysalis offers a range of holistics treatments from auricular acupuncture to masssage. All the treatments are free of charge, and provided by fully qualified holistic practitionners .

Support Work / Addiction Counselling

Chrysalis offers a broad range of support services designed to meet the emotional needs of individuals, and families affected by drug use. Some of the issues we deal with include: depression, life skills, personal development, relationship issues and self-esteem. Some staff members are accredited with the IAAAC.

Access to Services

Services are free of charge and are available to all people living or working in the Greater Stoneybatter area, Dublin 7.
